The building cost roughly $37 million and serves as the final implementation of the MSU Gene W. Ray science campus. On Saturday, Sept. 15, UK football beat Murray State 48-10. Since then the team has captured four regular season championships and three tournament champions. All faculty, staff and students, even those who live off-campus, are assigned to one of the eight residential colleges. The game not only featured a great win for UK, but also an apparent new mascot for Murray State.
