Regan laid off a bunch of feds on strike. The happiest SAIC employees are Senior Analysts submitting an average rating of 4.4 and Network Engineers with a rating of 4.3. Big company with pros and cons. this started back in the '80s when pres. I have been working at SAIC full-time for less than a year.
