Horton uses energy-efficient roofing materials, siding, windows, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Our water usage is 4x the average in our neighborhood. It seems these type of things happen with them often.ConsumerAffairs is not a government agency.

(DRH) will have no more real interest in these subdivisions now that they’re all finished building.

One thing you should know about “some of these management companies” Especially at (MPT)...they’re disguised with “pretty faced representatives” to hide their true wicked identities, while their corrupted companies run gangster-style tactics by threatening homeowners.They are just scam artist when it comes to their homes. (DRH) is an extremely wealthy company full of resources, plain commonsense will tell you that they would Not get caught up in this scandal unless they were already a part of it!

My experience was truly a positive one and although things we not perfect but i will say my builder did everything he could in his power to fix anything that was not to my satisfaction in a timely fashion as possible! I was billed for 47000. 3 D.R. 1.

In hindsight, I should have spoken to some homeowners in the development before signing a contract with DR Horton. Apparently our community officials are not overseeing them.
