I love it!Yes!  This soup freezes beautifully.  It will last for at least 2 months in the freezer. Hope this helps!Based on the previous writer….I didn’t blend the leek and onion, only the cauliflower and enjoyed the bite! Add chopped potatoes, bay leaves and vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
