Pokemon Sword and Shield features a variety of Pokemon each with their own type. There are 18 different types of Pokémon in Pokémon Sword and Shield, which means there is also those same 18 types of attacks in the game as well. By referencing the type chart, if both types are weak, the Pokemon will take 4x damage; if both types are resistant, it will take 1/4 the damage; if one type is resistant and one type is weak, the Pokemon will take neutral damage.The following chart contains all the strengths, weaknesses, and immunities of all 18 different Types.
