Oh yes, we took the livers out and fried them 3-5 minutes in the turkey fryer. Tender, juicy chicken and pork filets with that method.
They actually taste pretty good to me.Catfish have three spines one on back and one on each side near the gills , just wrap your fingers around them like handles and remove hook, yes if they stick you it hurts, it may sound silly but if one sticks you rub it’s belly on the wound.
